Massage Club

The Curtis Chiropractic Massage Club is an auto-debit program created to make access to Massage Therapy affordable and simplified. The membership cost will be deducted from your account on the date of initial enrollment every month for massages to be rendered for that month. It will automatically renew every month until you cancel your membership. If you decide to cancel your membership, we require 14 days' notice before the initial enrollment date of the next month. It will be up to you to schedule your massages every month. Massages can be given to another person but must be used within that month's time.
The initial membership enrollment fee of $25 will be waived for the first 20 members

Example: A person signs up for the Gold Membership on May 3rd. The person has until June 3rd to utilize massages. On June 3rd, the payment will automatically be taken out for the next 30 days. If one does not schedule and utilize massages, THOSE MASSAGES DO NOT ROLL OVER TO THE NEXT MONTH. Think of it as a gym membership. You can call the office at any time during office hours to schedule your massages.

With the massage club, the cancellation or no-show policy is simple. If you are unable to utilize the massages within the allotted time(monthly) then you forfeit that massage. For example; I purchase the gold massage club membership starting on May 3rd. I utilize one of the 1-hour massages but forgot to schedule the other massage before the end of the 30-day period. That message gets forfeited and the next month I once again have two, 1-hour massages to schedule and utilize.
